This series moves beyond portraiture into constructed narrative.

Figures are not simply photographed—they are staged as objects, symbols, and extensions of a visual language rooted in design, costume, and abstraction. The presence of sculptural garments, masks, and fabricated figures creates a tension between the human and the constructed.

Black and white tonality reinforces this separation, stripping away immediacy and placing the subjects into a space closer to theater, archive, or memory.

The work reflects a dialogue between fashion, art, and identity—where authorship is shared between subject, styling, and composition.

Photographed by Ruven Afanador, with lighting execution by Sebastian Beckmann.
